Video capture for claims should cover only what helps someone decide the case quickly. If the clip is not easily retrievable, you will not be able to use it when a customer ticket hits your inbox.
Keep it focused on a short proof sequence:
- Show the order number at the start so the clip matches the right shipment
- Show the item clearly, including barcode and serial number when relevant
- Show condition for damage-sensitive items (corners, seals, screens, packaging)
- Show the box closed, then show the label once
- Keep clips short enough that support can review them during a live ticket
